Associate Director, Clinical RPh

* As the Associate Director - Pharmacy Clinical Program Trend you will be part of an interactive team with broad exposure and scope within Humana. You will lead an organization with a mission to improve our members' health outcomes with optimized medication use, including pharmacy clinical program trend development and execution. You will exemplify a balanced approach of business acumen and deep clinical knowledge and optimize your resources by building a culture of accountability, high performance, and collaboration.

You will also utilize a broad understanding of managed care and PBM practice to develop, implement, and optimize strategies and programs to reduce pharmacy cost trend and improve health outcomes and member experience.

* + Degree of Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD or RPh) from an accredited School of Pharmacy

+ Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure in the state you reside

+ Previous experience in pharmacy clinical program trend

+ Give direction and make sound decisions

** What Makes You Stand Out Amongst the Rest*
* + Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS)

+ MBA, pharmacoeconomics or health outcomes training

+ Previous experience in health outcomes research

+ Previous direct leadership experience effectively coaching, developing and leading, including direct-reports and matrixed functions

+ 5 years' experience in pharmacy benefits management

+ Understand managed care and can generate insights into the business

Work at Home Requirements:
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel:
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

* The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$150,000 - $206,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
