Centurion Health seeks a Full-Time CQI Specialist to develop and implement the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program from the Regional Office. This remote/traveling role requires residing in Northern Illinois with 2–4 days of site visits weekly, plus occasional Springfield meetings.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree (RN preferred) with CQI/QA experience and strong data skills to drive continuous improvement across programs.
