Telehealth Mental Health Counselor

Taylor Counseling Group is seeking compassionate, licensed mental health professionals who are passionate about expanding access to affordable, reliable, and high-quality mental health care throughout Texas. We are currently hiring Telehealth Counselors to provide virtual therapy services to clients across the state.

This is a part-time, W-2, pay-per-session position that offers the flexibility to work from home while being supported by a collaborative private group practice. Our clinicians receive full administrative support, insurance credentialing, consultation opportunities, and ongoing clinical collaboration so they can focus on providing exceptional client care.

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling services via secure telehealth.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish and achieve treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a consistent weekly availability and manage an active client caseload.
• Complete clinical documentation, treatment notes, and diagnostic coding in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other treatment providers when appropriate.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards.
• Provide services from a private, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet access and appropriate technology.

• Fully Licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW preferred.
• Licensed Associates (LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LCSW-Associate under approved supervision) are encouraged to apply.
• Must be licensed in Texas.
• Previous counseling experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience providing telehealth services is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong therapeutic relationships.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
