BCBA Position in Newport News, VA - Clinic-

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Jacksonville, NC. • Salary:
  Total annual compensation can range from $85,000-$102,000, bonuses included
  • Base Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year (not including bonuses)
  • Bonus Structure:
    Up to $12,600 per year in billable-based bonus potential
• Schedule:
  
  9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
  • 1 work-from-home day per week is permitted after billable requirement has been met
• Setting:
  Primarily clinic-based
• Caseload Size:
  Average of 5 clients per BCBA
  • 20% supervision is encouraged for each client
• Billable Requirement: 25 hours/week

• Conduct and interpret skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
• Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life-home, community, and center.
• Train, support, and advocate for your RBTs.
• Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to your clients' caregivers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other service providers across a variety of therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for your client.

Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related fieldBCBA License Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
