• Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions with clients in various settings.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client progress and interventions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with ABA best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and state licensure in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential.
• Knowledge of ethical and professional standards in ABA.
