Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to provide high-quality, home-based patient care across our service area. You will work within a supportive team to evaluate and coordinate individualized care plans for patients in their homes.
The role requires 1+ year of nursing experience, an active RN license, and the ability to travel up to 50% with a dependable vehicle. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience and familiarity with Home Care Home Base are preferred.
