Cortica, a leading transdisciplinary autism care provider, seeks a BCBA for a hybrid remote role in Danvers, MA. You’ll oversee ABA programming and lead a team of behavior technicians to deliver neurodiversity-affirming care.
Compensation includes $93,105–$116,738 plus up to 10% monthly bonuses, generous time off, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, health coverage, and predictable scheduling.
Remote flexibility (telehealth) is determined by client need and BCBA judgment.
