Bellatrix HRM, Inc. is seeking a remote medical coder to transform medical documentation into standardized codes. The coder will assign ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT-4 and HCPCS Level II codes from various records and perform coding audits to support clean claims.
Eligible candidates must be credentialed (AHIMA or AAPC) and maintain current certifications, pass background checks, and have reliable home computer and internet. A strict 95% accuracy target is required.
