Mom’s Meals is seeking a Nutrition Educator to provide telephonic nutrition education to members with chronic conditions enrolled in a chronic care meals program. You will help clients select, prepare and eat foods appropriate for their conditions while connecting them to additional resources.
This role offers remote work from anywhere in the US, 8 hours per day between 8:00am-7:00pm PST, with an hourly rate of $35.00 plus a monthly bonus of 5% or more.
