Bay Care is seeking an Advanced Inpatient Coding Specialist for a remote, full-time role. Must reside in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina. CCS certification required; RHIT preferred.
Five years in acute care inpatient coding (three years inpatient coding) and strong anatomy knowledge are expected. Sign-on bonus available. Responsibilities include analyzing complex documentation, coordinating with Clinical Documentation and Quality teams, and mentoring junior coders.
