Balance
365 is seeking a balanced coach for group and one-to-one coaching within our habit-based, evidence-based behavior-change program. This part-time role can grow to full-time as demand increases.
You will manage a flexible caseload with evening and weekend availability, and occasional travel to live events. Reporting to the Director of Client Success, you will coach in private and group settings, respond promptly to members, and collaborate with the Client Success team to support program
