Your Health Organization in Georgia is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our home-based care team. You will assist licensed therapists, implement treatment plans, and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises in homes, ALFs, and ILFs.
The role is salary-based with potential monthly bonuses. Two schedules are available, Monday–Friday with one weekend per month or seven days on/ seven days off. Two locations serving GA/SC/FL communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
