Clinical Nutrition Manager II - Healthcare

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to come join their dynamic team as a Clinical Nutrition Manager for Hansen Family Hospital in Iowa Falls, IA and Broadlawns Medical Center located in Des Moines, Iowa.

Position will work full time typically Monday-Friday with flexible work schedule including partial remote work. Provide nutritional care to the acute care patients & conduct outpatient nutrition counseling including MNT and diabetes program

* You'll oversee daily nutrition services, drive program excellence, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. In this position, you'll ensure regulatory compliance, manage clinical operations, and support both team development and client satisfaction while making a meaningful impact on health outcomes.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. ** Pay Range:**  $74290 per year - $96140 per year

** Requirements*
* + Education Requirement:

+ Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines

+ OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024:
Bachelor's degree meeting ACEND requirements.

+ Credentials Requirement:

+ Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire

+ Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable.
