Enhabit Home Health & Hospice offers meaningful, home-based therapy with a focus on improving mobility and independence for patients. Our Physical Therapists (PTs) evaluate and treat individuals in their homes, applying modalities and specialized programs to enhance daily living skills.
Licensed PTs with at least one year of clinical experience are encouraged to apply. A valid Texas driver’s license and car insurance are required to support patient visits in the community.
