Location: City of Rochester
Rochester Regional Health is seeking a remote Clinical Documentation and Coding Specialist to review inpatient records, assign ICD-10-CM/PCS codes, and support DRG determination. You will ensure compliance with AHIMA guidelines and regulatory reporting, while maintaining high accuracy.
Two or more years of coding experience in hospital or multi-specialty settings is preferred; homecare/home health experience is a plus. This full-time remote role offers day shifts and ongoing education.
