Humana is seeking a Medical Coding Auditor to extract and assign codes (ICD-10-CM, CPT) from diverse medical records. You will interpret information, ensure accurate coding, and support compliant medical record documentation in a remote work setting.
The role requires at least 3 years post-certification experience with CPC/COC/CCS/RHIA/RHIT and strong knowledge of outpatient coding conventions, NCD/LCDs, CMS manuals, and NCCI Edits. Travel for training may be required.
