Location: Northern
Allina Health is seeking a case manager for the HRSS LOA team based in Minneapolis. The role focuses on total case management for work-related and non-work-related injuries, coordinating accommodations, and facilitating return-to-work with disability guidance.
The ideal candidate has an associate’s degree in a related field and several years of experience in case management, with preferred bachelor’s in psychology, rehab or nursing. On-site training is provided with remote work options available.
