Job Title
- BCBA
- Total annual compensation can range from $85,000-$102,000, bonuses included
- Annual Base Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year
- Bonus Potential:
Up to $12,600 per year in billable-based bonus potential
- 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- 1 work-from-home day per week is permitted after billable requirement has been met
- Primarily clinic-based
- Average of 5 clients per BCBA
- 20% supervision is encouraged for each client
- 25 hours/week
- Jacksonville, NC
- Conduct and interpret skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
- Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life
-home, community, and center. - Train, support, and advocate for your RBTs.
- Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to your clients’ caregivers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other service providers across a variety of therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for your client.

Additional Qualifications- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- BCBA License
- Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
- Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
