Primary Care Nurse Practitioner | Lafayette, GA

Tink Bird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent position at a community health center serving pediatric and adult patients in Georgia.

  Primary and secondary supervising physicians
• Medical records and referrals departments provide additional support
• Experience:
  
  2-3 years of provider experience required
• Limited remote work available for charting as needed

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• Lunch: 11:30 AM-12:30 PM
• Start: ASAP
• Limited on-call responsibility: approximately 1 week every 6-8 weeks
• On-call duties may be performed remotely
• Patient volume tends to be slower in summer and busier during winter

• Provider must live within a 40 min maximum drive from facility or be willing to relocate
