DaMar Staffing is seeking a Senior Coder for a leading hospital in North Dakota. The Coder II will mentor Coder I, ensuring accurate and timely coding in line with AHIMA/AAPC guidelines and DRG/APC methodologies.
Ideal candidates are credentialed (AHIMA or AAPC) with strong organizational skills and experience using reference materials and coding guidelines. Remote option available for experienced coders, with 2 weeks onsite training and full-time daytime shifts.
