As a BCBA at LAC, you'll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve.

- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages
- 2 to 3 years management/supervision experience
- Demonstrates exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organization skills
- Completely independent with ABA programming and implementing evidence based intervention strategies
- Meets all expectations of SR PM position based on checklist attached
Up to $120,000 dependent on experience
