Location: Indianapolis
Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a Care Navigator for a 100% remote role to support Curana providers and care managers with non-clinical tasks.
The ideal candidate has strong medical administration background, excellent communication, and comfort using virtual platforms. Responsibilities include managing patient communications, EHR documentation, coordinating scheduling and prior authorizations, and maintaining accurate patient rosters within APCM/GUIDE programs.
