Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking a part-time Speech Therapist to deliver home-based skilled ST services in Indiana. You’ll work within an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their preferred environment and improve communication, cognition, and swallow function.
You will educate families, develop care plans, and document progress following agency and Medicare guidelines. A valid Indiana license and a driver’s license with auto insurance are required.
