Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of dedicated professionals at New Patterns ABA – CT. As a leading provider of in-home and community-based ABA therapy, we are committed to empowering individuals with autism and related disorders to reach their full potential.

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide exceptional care and support to each individual. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and challenges
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
  • Providing ongoing therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques to promote skill acquisition and independence
  • Monitoring progress, making data-driven decisions, and adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication
  • Maintaining accurate records, reporting progress, and participating in team meetings to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Professional experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a home-based or community-based setting
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Per Diem Opportunity:

As a per diem team member, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at various locations throughout Connecticut. This arrangement allows you to balance your personal and professional commitments while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
