Groups Recover Together, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Support Coordinator to work with a defined panel of 160–180 members, coordinating care across clinical, social, and community settings. You will assist with health-related social needs, treatment engagement, and overall wellness throughout recovery.
The role reports to the Recovery Operations Supervisor and supports care coordination through in-person, virtual, and telephonic means, with a schedule including some working-from-home days.
