The Credit Resolution Representative I position is responsible for the refund processing and patient and insurance balances maintained by Mercy.
Credit Resolution Representatives I must be able to accurately and efficiently process a high volume of credit transactions across all lines of service. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
HS Degree or Equivalent
- Prior Revenue Cycle
- Healthcare billing or insurance
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- Computer and keyboarding skills
- Communication and customer service skills
