Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) has been delivering community-based services for over 60years, supporting individuals in the child welfare, juvenile justice, and criminal justice systems. The MST Practitioner works at the CSI Hutchinson Office, providing intensive, home‑based therapy to youth and families involved in the juvenile justice system.

MST is an evidence‑based, home‑based intervention for adolescents 12–17 who are chronic offenders, violent, or substance‑abusing. The program uses intensive therapy (maximum 6 clients) and aims to increase family retention and promote lasting behavior change.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients and families.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using MST principles.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at‑risk youth and families.
• Implement crisis management strategies as needed.
• Participate in supervision and training.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
• Collaborate with other professionals (social services, schools, court, mental health agencies).

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field;
  Bachelor’s with experience considered.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel within 90‑minute radius.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and comprehensive treatment planning skills.
• Commitment to cultural competence and trauma‑informed practice.

• Annual Salary: $50,000‑55,000.
• Time Off: 2 weeks vacation first year, 3 weeks thereafter; 7 days sick; 4 floating holidays.
