Work from home or your own office, with a steady flow of clients, and leave the business aspects to us. We handle credentialing, billing, teletherapy platform integration, marketing, scheduling, and more.
Job SummaryThe Teletherapist provides therapy via a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform in 45‑60 minute sessions. Full‑time therapists manage an average caseload of ~30 client sessions per week. Part‑time therapists provide at least 7 sessions per week.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide therapy virtually in standard 45‑60 minute sessions.
- Complete assessments.
- Prepare treatment plans.
- Document progress notes.
- Offer input on effective strategies, techniques, and services to help clients.
- Be an integral part of MySpectrum.
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in both Virginia and Texas and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels. Additional state licenses are a plus.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Desire to contribute to a growing company and provide input on client services.
- Commitment to building a caseload and staying with the organization.
- High‑speed internet access.
- HIPAA‑protected space for sessions.
- Comfortable working remotely and telehealth.
