Teletherapist (Child):
Part-time to Full-time
Are you ready to make a career move that is exciting, challenging, and rewarding? We are seeking licensed therapists in Virginia to provide teletherapy to children (ages 5-12) from a home or private office. Those with clinical licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply. MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults, focusing on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum.
We are seeking Therapists who enjoy their work, like to have fun, and are passionate about offering creative and engaging therapy to children while reducing stigma and increasing access to care.
We offer a model where you can build an established client base through our platform, with in-person support available at our North Chesterfield, VA office if needed. We manage activities that support private practice growth so you can focus on therapy.

- Credentialing with insurance carriers
- Billing (bi-weekly payments)
- Teletherapy platform and ongoing enhancements

- Use of an electronic health record for session documentation
The Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45-60 minute sessions. The average caseload for full-time Therapists is approximately 30-35 client sessions per week. Part-time therapists may build a smaller caseload and we can accommodate part-time arrangements until you transition to full-time if desired.

- Complete Treatment Plans
- Complete Progress Notes
- Provide input about effective strategies, techniques, and services to help clients
- Contribute to the growth and development of My Spectrum
- Must be licensed as an LCSW in the state of Virginia, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; those with licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Experience working with children in a virtual setting

- Must be comfortable working remotely and conducting sessions via telehealth
