Teletherapist (child, family, adult)

Full-time, Part-Time (minimum of 7 sessions per week)

Licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia (or multiple states) are invited to provide teletherapy through a HIPAA‑compliant platform. This role allows remote work, steady client flow, and covers business aspects such as credentialing, billing, and scheduling.

Teletherapists deliver therapy via video in 45‑60 minute sessions. Full‑time therapists will handle approximately 30 client sessions per week; part‑time positions require a minimum of 7 sessions. The organization supports growth from part‑time to full‑time as caseloads expand.

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45‑60 minute blocks
• Complete assessments
• Develop treatment plans
• Maintain progress notes
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives
• Act as an integral member of the MySpectrum team

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for insurance credentialing (multiple state licenses are encouraged)
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Willingness to provide input on client service development
• Commitment to building a sustainable caseload over time
