Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is recruiting Remote Medical Support Assistants to support the Cheyenne VA Medical Center in Cheyenne, WY. This remote role may require onsite work and follows a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Mon–Fri schedule with potential shift changes.
Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating veteran care, processing community care, handling calls, updating records, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Strong customer service, basic medical terminology, and 50 wpm typing are preferred.
