Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! As a BCBA, you'll play a key role in developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Compensation and

Schedule:

• Pay Range: $65 - $80/hour

• Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time or Part-Time available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Remote in Tennessee

Requirements:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
