Manage Bleeding Disorders/Alpha1 patient population via high-touch inbound/outbound case management;
Onboard new patients with education and therapy initiation;
Coordinate treatments in Ambulatory Infusion Suite/outpatient settings;
Handle prescriptions from intake to completion and prioritize based on urgency;
Input and retrieve patient, prescription, and insurance data in pharmacy systems
