Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed in Michigan to provide virtual services to students in a school-based setting. This remote opportunity offers flexibility, competitive hourly compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.
Position Details- Fully Remote
- 1099 Independent Contractor (W2 options available for onsite and hybrid schedules)
- Competitive Hourly Pay ( same rate for direct services and paperwork/IEPs)

- School-Based Assignment
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reporting.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
- Ability to effectively deliver services through a virtual platform
