Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans for clients, based on their specific mental health needs.
- Implement various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others, to enhance patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and industry regulations, ensuring the highest standards of professional conduct and ethical practice.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Engage in ongoing education through regular case consultations and peer reviews, diligently committing to updates in the mental health field.
- Empower patients and their families by providing education about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, fostering their ability to overcome challenges.
- Stay informed on the latest research and incorporate new insights into your practice to offer cutting-edge care to your clients.
You will work with a diverse clientele facing a myriad of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role is vital in promoting mental health awareness and delivering hope through evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique backgrounds and needs of each client. The nature of our community allows for enriching interactions, as you help individuals and families navigate their mental health journeys.
Qualifications- Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating and implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to meet clients' individual needs.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing trusting therapeutic relationships.
- Use strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address complex client issues effectively.
- Foster a collaborative spirit, valuing the insights and contributions of team members.
- Previous experience in a mental health clinic or community health setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and tools to ensure an efficient remote service delivery.
- Engagement in continuous professional development and clinical supervision to enhance skills and efficacy.
You will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflective of your experience and expertise.
