UC San Diego Health is seeking a Health Information Coder I/III to join our Revenue Cycle team in a remote capacity. This role codes ICD and CPT for ancillary and surgical services, abstracts data for quality and financial analytics, and supports compliant billing.
Candidates must complete AHIMA/AAPC coding programs and hold CPC/RHIT/RHIA or be eligible; minimum three years of surgical coding and 6 months of outpatient coding experience are preferred.
