Amedisys in Salem, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based OT under a physician-approved plan of care. You will assess patients, develop and adjust plans, ensure safety and quality of therapy, and document progress accurately.
You may supervise home health aides when an RN is not active in the case. Required are state licensure, ACOTE-accredited OT education, NBCOT, CPR certification, and at least one year of OT experience.
