Staff Pharmacist (Remote) - First Shift / Swing Shift / Night Shift
Location:
Remote (Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona preferred, Texas, Indiana, Washington, New Hampshire, Florida, or New York)
Shift Options- First Shift 3:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST
- Swing Shift positions: 1pm-11pm. Must support PST time zone.
- Night shift positions: 7pm-5am & 4 positions at 10pm-8am) (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday) Must support PST time zone.
Candidates must be able to support the Pacific Time Zone schedule.

Remote - DURATION: 3 month contract with potential for extension/conversion
Join a team dedicated to making healthcare and medication access easier, safer, and more convenient for customers. This remote Staff Pharmacist position focuses heavily on Drug Utilization Review (DUR) and clinical pharmacy services while supporting a fast-paced online pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) and evaluate prescriptions for safety, accuracy, and potential drug interactions.
- Maintain patient medication profiles and recommend therapy changes when appropriate.
- Dispense medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ensure accurate documentation, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation systems to support prescription fulfillment.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, healthcare providers, and other teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
- Answer clinical questions, provide medication guidance, and investigate medication-related concerns.
- Support pharmacy operations, process improvement initiatives, and other duties as needed.
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in state of residence/employment.
- Pharm.
D. or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. - Strong experience with Drug Utilization Review (DUR).
- Proficiency with pharmacy systems and computer applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to support PST operations (note the hours are PST)
- Knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
- Experience handling controlled substances and compliance requirements.
- Data entry experience.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and quality customer service.
This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
