Job Summary
Achieving Stars Therapy is hiring a remote BCBA (
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
) licensed in Iowa to provide ongoing clinical oversight and support for ABA clients. This role combines initial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing remote supervision of cases. The BCBA will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality services and compliance with payer requirements.
Applicants must hold an active BCBA certification and be appropriately licensed to provide behavior-analytic services in Iowa.
What You’ll Do- Conduct initial ABA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Analyze clinical and behavioral data to identify treatment needs
- Provide ongoing BCBA supervision and clinical oversight
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications
- Provide remote supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and other clinical staff
- Conduct caregiver training and provide clinical recommendations as appropriate
- Review treatment data and ensure services remain medically necessary and clinically appropriate
- Complete clinical documentation, progress reports, and reassessments in a timely manner
- Collaborate with families, technicians, intake staff, and other members of the clinical team
- Ensure all services and documentation comply with Iowa Medicaid, payer, and ABA requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Active Iowa behavior analyst license (required)
- Experience conducting ABA assessments and developing treatment plans
- Experience providing ongoing BCBA supervision
- Strong clinical documentation and treatment-planning skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with team members remotely
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- $70–$85 per hour, based on experience
