Remote Pharmacovigilance Pharmacist - Drug Safety From Home | No Prior Pharma Experience Required

Contribute to global patient safety by collecting, evaluating, and documenting adverse events - entirely from home. This role is open to pharmacists from hospital, ambulatory, community, or managed care backgrounds who have strong attention to detail and want to enter the pharmaceutical industry.

• Collect, evaluate, and document adverse-event reports for marketed and investigational products.
• Conduct literature reviews and support safety signal detection activities.
• Prepare safety narratives and case documentation according to FDA and global guidelines.
• Collaborate with safety physicians, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs teams.
• Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), FDA, and ICH regulations.
• Assist with safety-database entry, audits, and quality reviews

• Education:
  
  PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• Experience:
  
  Pharmacovigilance or drug-safety preferred. Hospital, ambulatory, community, or managed-care pharmacists with strong documentation skills are encouraged to apply.
