Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Remote Pharmacovigilance Pharmacist to join our global patient-safety team. This 100% remote role welcomes pharmacists from hospital, ambulatory, community, or managed care backgrounds who have strong documentation skills and want to enter the pharmaceutical industry.
You will collect, evaluate, and document adverse events, prepare safety narratives, and ensure compliance with FDA, ICH, and GVP guidelines, all from home.
