You will serve as the primary contact and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and high-quality care, while operating remotely within the Southern Region.
The role requires NC licensure (QP or RN with MH/DD/SA experience), valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the catchment to meet members’ needs.
