Teletherapist (Child, Family, Adult)
Part‑time position requiring a minimum of 7 sessions per week. Licensed in the state of Virginia as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP. Clinicians with additional state licenses are encouraged to apply.
OverviewApart from your clinical work, MySpectrum provides credentialing with insurance carriers, billing, a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform that integrates with an electronic health record, marketing, scheduling, and in‑person support at our North Chesterfield, VA office. The role allows you to work from home or your own office while earning a steady income and building a client base.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide virtual therapy sessions, 45‑60 minutes each, via the HIPAA‑compliant platform.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Offer input on best strategies, techniques, and services to serve clients across the spectrum.
- Collaborate with the MySpectrum team to support organizational growth.
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Willingness to contribute to team discussions and company growth.
- Flexibility to commit to long‑term partnership and grow caseload.
- High‑speed internet connection.
- Dedicated HIPAA‑protected space for sessions.
- Comfortable working remotely and providing telehealth services.
- Flexible scheduling; create your own hours.
- Work from home or your own office anywhere in Virginia.
- Competitive compensation: 60/40 split, paid bi‑weekly based on sessions conducted.
