Part-time Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist; LCSW, LPC, or LCP

Teletherapist (child, family, adult)

Part‑time position (minimum of 7 sessions per week). Must be licensed in the state of Virginia as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP. Licenses in additional states are encouraged. The role provides teletherapy through a HIPAA‑compliant platform to clients across Virginia and beyond.

The Teletherapist will deliver standard 45‑60 minute therapy sessions via the platform. Full‑time therapists handle an average caseload of 30 client sessions per week, while part‑time therapists are expected to conduct at least 7 sessions weekly. The company supports therapists through credentialing, billing, marketing, and scheduling.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions lasting 45‑60 minutes
• Complete client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record
• Offer input on strategies, techniques, and services to maximize client effectiveness
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service delivery

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for insurance credentialing; additional state licenses are a plus.
