Teletherapist (child, family, adult)

Full-time, Part-Time (minimum of 7 sessions per week). Licensed in the state of Virginia as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP is required. Teletherapy operates throughout Virginia and beyond.

We provide the administrative backbone of a private practice while you focus on clinical work. You work from home with a steady stream of clients and income. Our services include outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults across various spectrums:
Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life.

We seek skilled therapists who can engage clients virtually, are relationship-driven, and thrive on creative and innovative treatment methods.

The Teletherapist delivers 45‑60 minute sessions via a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform. Full‑time caseload averages 30 client sessions per week; part‑time can be as low as 7 sessions per week. We support you while your caseload grows.

• Conduct therapy virtually in 45‑60 minute blocks.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Provide input on strategies, techniques, and services to meet client needs.
• Act as an integral part of MySpectrum.

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels (licenses in other states are encouraged).
• Experience working with diverse populations.
