Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students receiving speech-language services.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings based on student needs.
- Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Provide consultation, training, and resources to school staff on strategies that support communication skills in the classroom.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning efforts.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and school-based regulations.
