United Health Group is seeking a National Remote, full-time administrative support specialist. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. with CST business hours. This role offers training and opportunities to impact member care across the health network.
Responsibilities include intake of members, coordinating with hospitals and clinicians, processing referrals and prior authorizations, and assisting with coverage triage. Training lasts two weeks (8:00 am–5:00 pm CST) conducted virtually from home.
