CVS Health is expanding its Healthy Outcomes Team to help the Medicare population learn about and complete important health screenings and services. As a Health Advocate, you will interact with members telephonically to explain benefits for screenings and medications and to promote healthy behaviors.
You will call providers and members to assist with services, document conversations in the health record, and work to remove barriers to care.
