Position Overview

Renewed Perspectives Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health counselors, including LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs, to join our thriving team. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions to clients, addressing a range of mental health issues and challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, treatment progress, and case notes.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to therapy approaches tailored to each client.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Our clients come from varied backgrounds and present with diverse mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on their lives, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve personal growth and healing. Our sessions are often funded by local schools, allowing therapists to focus purely on providing support without the burden of dealing with insurance billing.

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active state license in mental health therapy (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) enabling you to practice unsupervised.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken by any licensing body in the state.
• Proficiency in performing intake assessments, formulating diagnoses, and crafting ongoing treatment plans.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail in recording treatment sessions.

• Two or more years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Experience working with school-related mental health initiatives is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also provide a comprehensive sign-on bonus and additional perks, including:
