DiningRD is seeking a Registered Dietitian to travel among SNF/LTC/AL communities in the St. Charles, MO area.
This flexible consulting role averages 16-18 hours per month on site, plus 4 hours quarterly for four assisted living communities, mostly during weekday business hours with some remote work between visits. You will perform food safety and sanitation audits, meal/dining observation audits, and nutrition referrals for high-risk residents, with travel reimbursement provided.
